Most embroidery prints ( embroidery thread ) and designs today are made through computerized means instead of manually. Created by the computerized embroidery machine embroidery often preferred by many because the job done quickly and accurately.
There are basically five steps in digitizing and making the embroidery ( machine embroidery thread ) design through computerized embroidery machine.
Designing the Embroidery Files: Many small companies are offering embroidery digitizing these days and we can buy or create embroidery design files from them. There are also models that are ready for download from website. Embroidery digitizers, or embroidery punchers as known to some, make the creations by utilizing digitizing software, which will enable the digitizer to invent the creation in the native format and make it easy to edit and reshape sooner. Different embroidery machines use different file formats so we should know the file format of the embroidery digitizing software to complete the task.
In embroidery digitizing, it is important that the digitizer keep the original file of the design. Since the conversion of the design dossier file could not lose important information and make it difficult to either change or modify the plan in the last part of procedure. Among the important information of the design that should be preserved are the object outlines, the thread ( embroidery thread ) colors, and the original artwork used to make the design.
Editing the Design: After the digitizing process, we will have the option to edit the design. Embroidery software can help us to move, sketch, rotate, split, crop, or copy the design. We can also add some text or change the colors.
Loading Design Into the Embroidery Machine: After the inventing and the editing,we can now load the eventual creation into the embroidery machine. As mentioned above, the different machines in different file formats, so that we can first make sure that we design for machine embroidery are compatible. The most ordinary document formats absorbed by lots of machines are ART, VIP, JEF, SEW, HUS, and PES.
